Standing on a 'dreadmill' is not our idea of FUN - we prefer workouts with a little more excitement and variety. Often using non-traditional and innovative equipment and taking advantage of the beautiful Florida weather, we do many outdoor workouts and change things up to keep your body constantly guessing and adapting to new situations.
